These Terms govern your use of heal.software and the HEAL Ayurveda Wellness platform (“Service”), operated by Dr. Ravi P. Apte (sole proprietor), trading as HEAL Ayurveda Wellness (“HEAL”, “we”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
HEAL is an Ayurvedic practice-management and wellness platform. It offers: (a) wellness/educational tools (Prakriti, Dinacharya, Diet, Ritucharya, StarType); (b) clinical tools used by registered physicians (diagnosis, prescriptions, teleconsultation, EMR, pharmacy, insurance pre-auth); and (c) software subscriptions for doctors/clinics (“HEAL Pro”).
HEAL is not for medical emergencies. If you have an emergency, call your local emergency number or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
Wellness features (Prakriti, dosha tendencies, diet, lifestyle, seasonal guidance, StarType) are for general wellness and educational purposes only and are not a medical diagnosis or treatment. You must be 18+ (or use the Service via a parent/guardian) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
HEAL Pro is ₹499/month per doctor and unlocks the clinical suite. It may auto-renew monthly via the payment gateway and can be cancelled anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Doctors/clinics are responsible for their own professional registration, clinical decisions, prescriptions, and compliance with applicable medical laws.
Paid services are listed with prices on the Service. Payments are processed by Razorpay; by paying you also accept the gateway’s terms. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or use another person’s data without authority.
The Service, its content, knowledge base, and software are owned by HEAL or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEAL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. HEAL provides software and wellness information; clinical responsibility rests with the treating physician. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
