Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital reports (Prakriti, Diet, Ritucharya, StarType, Diagnosis, Pre-Auth)

These are digital products delivered instantly on successful payment. As the report is generated and made available immediately, these payments are non-refundable once the report has been generated/unlocked. If a payment was charged but the report failed to generate due to a technical error on our side, we will re-deliver it or refund it in full.

Teleconsultation (₹500)

You may cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before the appointment for a full refund or free reschedule. No-shows and cancellations within 2 hours are non-refundable. If the physician cannot attend, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

Pharmacy orders

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Due to the nature of medicines, delivered items are not returnable unless damaged, incorrect, or defective on arrival — in which case contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

HEAL Pro (doctor subscription, ₹499/month)

The monthly subscription can be cancelled anytime; auto-renewal stops and access continues until the end of the current paid month. Part-month subscriptions are not refunded.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
