2. Ayurveda & scope

Ayurveda is a recognised system of medicine in India (Ministry of AYUSH). Recommendations are based on classical Ayurvedic principles and the information you provide; individual results vary. Do not stop any prescribed modern medication without consulting your doctor.

3. Telemedicine consent (NMC Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020)

If you book a teleconsultation, you understand and agree that:

• The consultation is conducted remotely; the physician relies on the information and any reports you provide.
• A remote consultation has inherent limitations and may not be equivalent to an in-person examination; the physician may advise an in-person visit.
• The physician may, at their professional discretion, prescribe, advise investigations, or decline to consult and refer you for in-person care.
• You consent to the consultation being conducted under the NMC Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 and applicable AYUSH guidance.

4. Accuracy of information

The quality of any guidance depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Please answer truthfully and completely.

5. Consent to process health data

By using clinical features you consent to HEAL and your treating physician collecting and processing your health data to provide care, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent as set out there.

6. No guarantee of outcome

No medical or wellness service can guarantee a specific result. Outcomes depend on many factors including individual constitution and adherence.
