Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HEAL Ayurveda Wellness, we respect your time and money. This policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable guidelines for medical service providers in India. Please read this policy before booking your appointment.
1. Cancellation by Patient
Patients wishing to cancel an appointment must contact us using the details in Section 5. Refund eligibility is based on notice given before the scheduled appointment time:

Emergency Cancellation Exception: If you are unable to attend due to a medical emergency, hospitalisation, or bereavement, a full 100% refund will be issued on production of supporting documentation (hospital discharge summary, death certificate, or similar). Such refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the documentation.
2. Cancellation by HEAL Ayurveda Wellness
- Clinic-initiated cancellation: If HEAL cancels your appointment for any operational reason, you will receive a 100% full refund plus a complimentary rescheduled appointment at no extra charge.
- Doctor emergency / unavailability: If the appointment must be cancelled due to a medical emergency involving the treating physician, you will be offered — at your choice — either a full refund or a free reschedule at your preferred time. No penalty applies to the patient.
3. Refund Process
- Online Payments (Razorpay): Refunds are credited to the original payment method (debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking) via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary; please allow up to 10 business days before raising a dispute.
- Cash Payments: Cash refunds are issued at the clinic premises within 2 working days of the cancellation being confirmed. Please bring your appointment receipt.
- A refund confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp once the refund is initiated.
4. Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Completed Consultations: Once a consultation session has concluded (in-person or teleconsultation), the consultation fee is non-refundable regardless of outcome.
- Medicines & Formulations: Ayurvedic medicines, herbal preparations, and formulations dispensed and opened at the clinic are non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.
- Panchakarma Procedures: Once a Panchakarma procedure has commenced (including preparatory/Purvakarma stages), no refund is admissible for that session.
5. How to Cancel Your Appointment
To cancel, contact us through any of the following:

Please have your Appointment ID ready when contacting us. Cancellations without a valid Appointment ID cannot be processed.
6. Consumer Rights
This policy is implemented in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you believe your refund request has not been handled fairly, you have the right to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at the district, state, or national level, as applicable.
Note: Chargebacks raised with your bank without first contacting HEAL Ayurveda Wellness may be contested. Please reach out to us directly — we aim to resolve all refund matters within 7 working days.
